Writ Petition No.4375 of 2018 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent and officers from requiring the petitioner to pay Integrated Goods and Services Tax on its supplies of goods inside the bonded warehouse located at ICD, Irungattukottai and other public bonded warehouses in Chennai.
