This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Amendment' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner .

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Crime.No.226 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4302 of 2025 is wrongly mentioned in instead of Crime No.226 of 2024 in the petition itself and hence, requested for amending the same.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying the miscellaneous petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
