ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the Registry pointing out a typographical error that crept in the cause-title of the order dated 23.10.2025. In the place of "Sathyapriya", the cause-title of the order erroneously records the name of the petitioner as "M.Madhayan".

2. The cause-title be appropriately amended to bring it in tune with what is recited in the petition.

3. Corrected order be uploaded and certified copy, on demand, may be issued.
