ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking stay of decree for recovery of possession.

2. Since the second appeal is admitted and it will take some time for final disposal, this court is inclined to extend the stay already granted by this court and make it absolute on condition, the petitioner deposits costs of Rs,18,755/- awarded by the first appellate court, to the credit of O.S.No.7 of 2010 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Gingee, within a period of four weeks from today. If the petitioner fails to comply the above said condition, within the stipulated time, the interim stay shall stand automatically vacated.
