ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to surrender the seized stolen property in Crime No.1457 of 2014 to the jurisdiction Court and file the charge sheet, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.1457 of 2014 has been registered for offences under Sections 454 and 380 IPC before the respondent police.
