O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.05.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired in CSR.No.894 of 2015 and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
