Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records comprised in notice calling for extra ordinary general body meeting on 11.9.2012 in E.Ma.Ku.O.V.81/2012-13 dated 31.8.2012, on the file of the 3rd respondent, quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the decision taken in the Extraordinary General Body Meeting held on 11.09.2012 for admitting new members in the third respondent society. 2.Heard, both sides.

3.Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the above said meeting was held in the year 2012 and subsequently, the elected body have taken over the third respondent society. Further, the Writ Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

challenging the extraordinary General Body Mettting is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.Considering the lapse of time and in view of the fact that new Board of Directors were elected, the Writ Petition is not maintainable and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
