It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent that the respondent has filed a writ petition challenging the rejection of the petition filed under Section 33(2B) of the Industrial Disputes Act in W.P. No.23832 of 2020. She would submit that she will address a letter to the Registry to club both the writ petitions together for hearing by the very same Judge.

2. After obtaining appropriate orders from My Lord, the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice, based on the respondent's letter, both the writ petitions viz., W.P. No.23832 of 2020 and W.P. 9296 of 2018 may be posted before the Hon'ble Judge as directed by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice.
