ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for some time, counsel sought leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal.

2. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.11722 of 2025 filed by petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is allowed, subject to payment of separate Court fees within two weeks. W.M.P.No.11723 of 2025 stands closed.
