ORDER

Today, when the matter came up under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. He further submitted this Court had already granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 3424 of 2025 by order dated 12.02.2025 and there was some mistake in Para No.7 and To address" of the bail order inadvertently mentioned. Therefore, he seeks to rectify the following error:- 1/3

By order dated 12.02.2025, in "Para No.7 and To Address" instead of Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvannamalai, it shall be replaced by Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar".

2. Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the parties concerned.

3. In all other respects, the order dated 12.02.2025 shall remain unaltered.
