This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to take substituted service for the second respondent by way of paper publication in one issue of 'Malai Murasu'.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Malai Murasu" Tamil daily in the Tindivanam Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 22.04.2025.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4. Post the second appeal on 22.04.2025.
