This Petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first of every month at 10.30 a.m. in Crl.M.P.No.14924 of in Crl.O.P.No.1159 of 2022 by its order dated 17.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. He further submitted that so far, final report is not yet filed.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
