This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2015.

On a reading of the complaint dated 12.10.2015, it essentially appears to be a money dispute. Further, the petitioner's complaint does not even disclose commission of any cognizable offence.
