Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to transfer the Patta in the name of the petitioner herein for the land measuring an extent of 1.16 Cents comprised in Survey No.695/6, Patta No.37, at No.57, Kazhiyur Village, Cheyyaru Taluk, Thiruvannamali District, situated within the office of the joint Sub Registrar No.II, Thiruvathipuram and Registration District of Thiruvannamalai. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to transfer the Patta in the name of the petitioner for the land measuring an extent of 1.16 Cents comprised in Survey No.695/6, Patta No.37, at No.57, Kazhiyur Village, Cheyyaru Taluk, Thiruvannamali District, situated within the office of the joint Sub Registrar No.II, Thiruvathipuram and Registration District of Thiruvannamalai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
