ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Learned Family Court, Namakkal to dispose of the case in FCOP No. 268 of 2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed FCOP No. 268 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal, seeking divorce from the respondent and the respondent also filed FCOP No. 203 of 2025 before the same Court for restitution of conjugal rights.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court is inclined to direct the Trial Judge to dispose of the case in FCOP No. 268 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
