Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service on 4th respondent by paper publication. The paper publication shall be effected for the hearing fixed at 02.02.2024. The petitioner shall effect paper publication in a Tamil daily having wide circulation at Puducherry on or before 19.01.2024.
