O R D E R
Challenging the order dated 20.11.2012 passed by the 1st Respondent herein in E.P.No.26 of 2012 in C.P.No.34 of 2009 attaching the properties belonging to the Petitioner for realization of the amount claimed by the 2nd Respondent, the Petitioner/Management has come up with the present Writ Petition.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the parties produced a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 30.07.2019 and submitted that the parties have arrived at a settlement. For better understanding, the terms of the settlement as stated in the Joint Memo of Compromise, are reiterated hereunder:
(a) The Petitioner has no objection to pay a sum of Rs.1 lakh to the 2nd Respondent in full and final settlement of all his claims monetary or otherwise including the claim made in E.P.No.26 of 2012.
(b) Both the parties request the Hon'ble Court to issue directions to the Additional Labour Court, Vellore to release the sum of Rs.1 lakh deposited by the petitioner on 20.02.2013 in compliance with the order dated 30.01.2013 passed in Writ Petition in favour of the 2nd Respondent.
(c) The 2nd Respondent agrees to receive the sum of Rs.1 lakh as mentioned above in full and final settlement of all his claims monetary or otherwise including terminal benefits.
(d) Upon receipt of the above mentioned amount, the 2nd Respondent agrees that he has no further claim whatsoever against Shalimar Tanning Company for his services rendered in F & F shoes.

As the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the above Joint Memo of Compromise, this Writ Petition is closed recording the same. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 and M.P.No.1 of 2014 are closed.
