approval of petitioner's appointment as Primary School Headmaster in the Second Respondent school with effect from the date of the petitioner's appointment i.e. 10.10.2009 and grant her all consequential benefits within a time limit to be stipulated by this court.

COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed praying for direction to the first respondent to grant approval for the petitioners' appointments in the second respondent school.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are working in the second respondent school. The petitioner in WP.No.5432 of 2026 is working as Trained Graduate Teacher, the petitioner in WP.No.5436 of 2026 is working as Trained Graduate Teacher and the petitioner in WP.No.5439 of 2026 is working as Primary School Teacher. Though the school management sent proposals for approval of their appointments, no action has been taken so far. Hence, these writ petitions have been filed.

Though very many grounds have been raised in these writ petitions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representations dated 01.12.2025, 28.11.2025 & 25.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 01.12.2025, 28.11.2025 & 25.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners.

5. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
