Company Application No.505 of 2018 in C.P.No.253 of 2009 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

This Application has been filed seeking for the following reliefs: a) To take this report on record on the file of this Court.

b) To dispense with the requirement of audit of final accounts by the Local Fund Audit as there were no expenses except charges paid towards advertisement made in the news papers in respect of calling for claims from the creditors.

(c) To form an opinion that the liquidator cannot proceed with the winding up and that it is just and reasonable to make an Order to dissolve the company under section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956.

(d) To grant permission to transfer an amount of Rs.75000/- to the Infrastructure Fund maintained by the Official Liquidator and deposit the remaining unspent amount to the undistributed Assets Accounts under section 555(2) of the Companies Act, 1956 after meeting all the incidental expenses related to the winding up proceedings of the subject company.
