(CRIME NO.02 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (c) the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.1198 of 2022 order dated 24.01.2022 that and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MOHAMED ANSAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1198 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.
