Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.20/A1/2023 dated 27.01.2023 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to approve the appointment of Smt.R.Nandhini as Secondary Grade Teacher in the regular sanctioned post in the petitioner School from the date of appointment on 14.12.2022 and to make the payment of salary with consequential and other benefits. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 27.01.2023, whereby one Smt.R.Nandhini's appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher was rejected by the 3rd respondent.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would place an order dated 21.06.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and would submit that approval has been granted to the petitioner - School to appoint Smt.R.Nandhini as Secondary Grade Teacher in the regular sanctioned post. The said fact is also agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
