ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to investigate the case and file the final report in the Crime No.2 of 2014 which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent herein in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Heard Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in Crime.No.2 of 2014 before the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent.
4. The second respondent is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously.
5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
