ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 2nd Respondent pertaining to its remarks in admissibility report dated 14.07.2015 fixing pay last drawn as 14310+4400 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to fix pay last drawn as 16070+4400 in pursuance to proceedings of third respondent dated 22.01.2015 and calculate the pension and other benefits accordingly.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the Respondents circulated a letter dated 19.11.2015 wherein the petitioner had agreed to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner in view thereof would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4

3. Mr.G.Rajkumar, learned counsel representing the counsel for the petitioner on instructions would also submit that the matter need not be adjudicated further in the light of the said letter.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
