2. C.M.P.No.3268 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 682 days in representing the above C.M.A.SR.No.32537 of 2018.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 708 and 682 days are condoned and both the petitions are ordered.
