This petition has been filed to dispose of the petition in RLTOP No.27 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. It is seen from the records the petitioners have filed RLTOP No.27 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, to surrender vacant possession. But the Trial Court adjourned the matter from 04.09.2021 till date without deciding the matter within 90 days as per Section 34
(6) (a) of Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017 that all applications under clauses (a) (b) (c ) (e) (f) and (h) of Sub Section (2) of Section 21.
4. In view of the above and for the reasons stated above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Further, the I Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the petition in RLTOP No.27 of 2021 2/4
within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
