This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and file the final Report in accordance with law in respect of Crime No.809 of 2011 on the file of Sub Inspector of Police, Ulundurpet Police Station.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed in Crime No.809 of 2011 and closure report was filed on 20.03.2012 before the Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet, after service of RCS notice.
