COMMON ORDER Alleging that the order dated 30.08.2019 made in W.P.Nos.8459 of 2019 and 6694 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petitions have been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and a sum of Rs.14,52,352/- has been paid. He has further submitted that the costs of Rs.20,000/- payable to the petitioner in Contempt petition No.964 of 2021 has not been paid.

3. In view of the above, since the costs has not been paid to the petitioner in Contempt Petition No.964 of 2021, the respondents/contemnors are directed to pay the costs of Rs.20,000/- to the High Court Advocates' Clerks Association within a period of two weeks from today. 4.With the above direction, these contempt petitions stand closed.
