2.Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice for Respondents1, 2, 4 to 10 and 12.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the matter, we accept the reason for delay i.e., after obtaining certified copy of the judgment, an opinion was sought from the Public Prosecutor in the trial Court and after getting his concurrence for filing an appeal, the same was communicated to the Additional Secretary to Government through Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Chennai and the proposal Page Nos.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

M.SUNDAR, J., and R.SAKTHIVEL, J., gpa dated 15.11.2022 from the Government was received by the Public Prosecutor office on 17.11.2022 and after perusing the records, Public Prosecutor sent a legal opinion for filing the appeal on 22.11.2022 and memorandum of grounds, petitions for leave and COD were prepared and time was consumed in this exercise. We also notice that the delay sought to be condoned is 65 days.

Sequitur of the narrative thus far is, delay is condoned and captioned Crl.MP is ordered as prayed for.
