This petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Sub Court/1st Assistant Sessions Judge, Villupuram to try the case registered by the respondent in Crime No.809 of 2011 along with the case in S.C.No.117 of 2015 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Villupuram and conduct joint trial.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed in Crime No.809 of 2011 and closure report was filed.

4. In view of the fact that the police have filed closure report in Crime No.809 of 2011, the present prayer is not maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
