ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending in this case in CSR No.158/2017.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), a direction is issued to the petitioner to appear for enquiry before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The respondent is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks. Pending enquiry, the petitioner shall not be arrested.
3.The petition is disposed of accordingly.
