ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time granted by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, in Crl.M.P.No.5520 of 2019 in Criminal Appeal No.99 of 2019, dated 30.10.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order passed by the trial Court.

3. On a perusal of the order passed by the trial Court, it is seen that, the trial Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed the following conditions:- [i] The petitioner should execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level) No.II, Poonamallee; [ii] The petitioner should sign before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m.;

[iii] The petitioner was also directed to deposit 20% of the cheque amount within a period of one month.

4. It appears that the present criminal original petition for extension of time has been filed before this Court without approaching the concerned Court viz., Principal District and 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sessions Court at Tiruvallur.

5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, by filing appropriate petition and in the event of the petition being dismissed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.

6. With this direction and observation, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed.
