ORDER

The writ petition is filed praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to select and appoint the petitioner as BT Assistant under the Land Acquisition Priority Category by considering his representation dated 25.05.2011 followed by the reminder dated 09.08.2011.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 1st Respondent and 2nd Respondent that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2011 shall be considered and orders would be passed in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above, this Court does not wish to enter into the merits of the case. The petitioner shall submit a fresh representation to the Respondents, the Respondents are directed to consider the representation, if any, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance 2/4

with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, if any.
