This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court on 30.08.2023, made in W.P.No.10562 of 2020.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent submitted that the writ appeal in W.A.No.1751 of 2024 has been filed challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10562 of 2020 dated 30.08.2023 and an order of interim stay was granted by the Division Bench of this Court on 21.06.2020.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government and the learned Government Advocate, the contempt petition stands closed.
