(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2016 in respect of the alleged unauthorised construction by violation of the building norms against respondent No.4 shall be looked into by the Executive Engineer, Greater Corporation of Chennai, Zone9, Division-118, Nungambakkam, Chennai-34 / respondent No.3 after causing an inspection to be made of the premises within fifteen days of the receipt of the copy of this order and thereafter conclude the proceedings within a maximum period of two months in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned.
