Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.3329/2015/Sa.Ba. dated 18.11.2015 and consequential communication dated 10.12.2015 and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the notice issued under Section 87[1] of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 primarily contending that an alleged enquiry report under Section 81 has not been furnished.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner would be served with the report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, leaving all other issues open, by directing the first respondent to give a copy of the report under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is given further period of four weeks to give his suitable explanation to the impugned notice dated 10.12.2015. Thereafter, appropriate orders will have to be passed by the first respondent as per law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
