ORDER
It is stated by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent that as against the order of this Court dated 28.06.2023 passed in WP.No.30195 of 2022, the respondent has preferred an appeal in the Intra Court, in which, an order of keeping the contempt proceedings in abeyance has been passed on 23.02.2024.
2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition, when the Intra Court has seized off the matter. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
3. With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 05.04.2024 Index: Yes/No Sni Cont.P.No.587 of 2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/2
