This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the respondent to comply with the order dated 22.07.2025 in W.P.No.26591 of 2025 passed by the Court.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they have complied with the direction vide order dated 16.03.2026 in Ref.No.PU/Estt/NT11/2025-26/181 and this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the same, if he is aggrieved with the above order.
