O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced an order passed by the employer, namely, A.N.M.Elementary School, dated 26.12.2017, wherein, the petitioner was directed to join the service in the post of Headmaster of the School. The District Elementary Educational Officer, Thiruvallur, has also passed an order, dated 19.12.2017, disposing of the representation submitted by the petitioner.

2. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is, accordingly, closed. No costs.
