ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice dated 10.10.2024 as illegal, without jurisdiction and also tainted with bias and malafide.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced the order dated 10.02.2025 bearing No.13575/E1/2023 in which the license itself has been cancelled.

3. In view thereof, keeping open the rights of the petitioner to agitate against the said order dated 10.02.2025, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.02.2025 nsl 2/3
