When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e. on 06.01.2022, 28.01.2022 and 08.03.2022 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 22.03.2022 .
2. Even today i.e., 22.03.2022, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was passed over and again it was called at 04:10 p.m., none appeared for the petitioner.
3. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution.
4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
