ORDER

The parties have arrived at a mutually agreeable settlement before the Mediation Centre and have signed the Memorandum of Compromise dated 22.8.2019 duly attested by their respective counsel.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for both parties affirm that the parties have signed in their presence.

3. As per clause 'f' of the Memorandum of Compromise, the petitioner has undertaken to handover the respondent, a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.25 lakhs after foreclosing the Educational Insurance Policy under the Children Education Policy of USA at OTMA for their minor child Aditya taken in U.S.A.

4. In view of the settlement arrived at, a direction is given to the petitioner to foreclose the children education policy of USA and pay a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees twenty five lakhs only) to the respondent by way of Demand Draft.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is ordered in terms of the Compromise Memo as indicated above. The Memorandum of

Compromise is taken on file and shall form part and parcel of the order. Consequently, the connected CMP.Nos.7067 and 7692 of 2018 are closed.
