ORDER
The contempt petition has been filed for violation of the orders dated 24.09.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24982 of 2013, by which, this Court directed the second respondent therein to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2012 seeking retirement and service benefits.

When notice was ordered to the respondent, it was informed by Mrs.T.P.Savitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mrs.Thilagathi, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent that the second respondent Cooperative Society has been liquidated and it is under the administration of Cooperative Sub-Registrar (Liquidation). Therefore, this Court, suo motu impleaded the said Sub-Registrar as third respondent.

Mrs.T.P.Savitha, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent also takes notice on behalf of the third respondent.

Taking into consideration of the affairs of the first respondent, it is for the third respondent to settle the claim of the petitioner. In view of that the petitioner is directed to make his claim petition to the third respondent and on such receipt of the claim petition, the third respondent shall hear the petitioner and adjudicate the claim within four weeks from the date of the receipt of
the claim petition.

With the above direction, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
