The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.32 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The F.I.R reveals that the petitioners have attacked the defacto complainant with beer bottle and developed a wordy quarrel with him.
However, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that it is a case and case in counter. Some of the petitioners were not present in the scene of occurrence. This truth averred is subject to investigation and the petitioners herein who are not available for investigation, cannot raise such plea in the anticipatory bail.
3. Hence the anticipatory bail is dismissed.
