ORDER

This Court, by its earlier order dated 20.03.2025 made it clear that if the machineries are not re-possessed on or before the next hearing date, this application shall stand automatically closed by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for a similar relief. 2.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the machineries have not been re-possessed by the Advocate Commissioner due to the non-co-operation of the police.

vga 3.Since this Court had made it clear that this application shall stand automatically closed in the event of failure of the Advocate Commissioner to re-possess the equipments, necessarily, this application has to be closed. 4.Liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner as and when the machineries are located and it is for the applicant to re-possess the machineries from the respondent or wherever available and while filing such a fresh application, this Court will consider retaining the very same Advocate Commissioner, who was appointed in this application since the applicant has already paid the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
