PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondents to file a final report in Crime No.586/2021 dated 12.07.2021 offence under Section 420 & 464 of IPC, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Panruti and Cuddalore District within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondents to file a final report in Crime No.586/2021 dated 12.07.2021 offence under Section 420 & 464 of IPC, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Panruti and Cuddalore District within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in Crime No.586/2021 has been completed. The second respondent police will file the final report within a period of four months.

3. Recording the same, direction is issued to the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.586/2021, pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
