This revision arises against the order of learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, passed in D.V.C.No.11/2013 on 17.07.2014.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.
3. Though D.V.C.No.11 of 2013 was preferred both against the revision petitioner as also his parents, this Court had granted stay of the proceedings against the parents of the petitioner under orders dated 30.04.2014 in Crl.O.P.No.9546 of 2014. Thereafter, the case was split up at the instance of the respondent/complainant. This revision challenges such splitting up of the case. There has been no order of stay passed by this Court therein. D.V.C.11 of 2013 has been proceeded with against the petitioner and has been decided under orders of the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate dated 28.07.2015.
