This petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.11 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2019 and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.449 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate VI, Salem.
