Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.81622/Pa.No.1/Iru.2/2010, dated 06.05.2011 to quash the same and consequential directions to the first respondent to revise and advance the date of grant of Selection and Special Grade in the post of Health Inspector to 01.07.1978 and 01.07.1988 by taking into account his service from 01.07.1968 to 31.051971 in the post of Basic Health Inspector (unqualified) and grant consequential benefits including revision of Pensionary benefits.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner has died and the legal heirs of the petitioner are not coming forward for filing any substitution application.
