ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner without any valid reasons.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was called for enquiry in respect of missing of one Rakesh. Thereafter, the petitioner is not required for further enquiry. He would further submit that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
