C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders by a common order in Crl.O.P. No.32616 & 32623 of 2025 dated 03.01.2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders by a common order in Crl.O.P. No.32616 & 32623 of 2025 dated 03.01.2025, is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 17.02.2025 2/4
